Question: I cannot get the Macros to work, I keep getting an error message and when I open PEPPAA, I am unable to see the yellow bar that allows me to Enable Content. Has something changed?
Answer: Yes, it appears that microsoft has added new functionality protecting Windows from files containing Macros. If you open PEPPAA and see a red bar at the top of the spreadsheet, then the Macros cannot be enabled (see the image below).
Follow this additional procedure to correct the issue:
Close PEPPAA
Open Windows File Explorer and go to the folder where you saved the file
Right-click the file and choose Properties from the context menu
At the bottom of the General tab, select the Unblock checkbox and select OK
Re-open PEPPAA and you should see the normal yellow bar at the top of the spreadsheet that will allow you to Enable Content
